This might not be something you’ll get from the average planner but I am heavily lenient on the review community (I’m a level 8 Google reviewer myself). I thoroughly scrape reviews to search suppliers ! Some things I look out for are reliability, good time management, and best of all I look specifically for my clients! Hence the ‘custom’ aspect. If my client doesn’t like long travel, I look for reviews that specifically criticize trips being longer than they thought or history of clients waiting and not enough visiting time.
