“Brittany works with each client individually to understand their budget and interests and then provides a draft itinerary. Once it is finalized, she makes all the reservations and pays for all the excursions, and you just pay her. She is on call 24/7 and answers texts/calls right away; she also checks in pretty much daily to see how things are going. Because she has travelled extensively, she knows the countries and is able to suggest really great options. She will also consult, and then you make your own bookings. She will do as much or as little as you want. I loved that she arranged all the transportation for me; drivers picked me up at the hotel and took me to each venue. I found out after my trip that she had called each hotel to find out breakfast hours so she could make sure that my excursions didn’t start so early that I missed the free breakfast. I asked not to have any excursions on travel days between the islands. So, I loved the 100% influence I had on the itinerary and having someone who would answer calls/texts. Travelling alone, it was so comforting to know I had 24/7 access to help if I needed it. We had a cancelled ferry in Naxos and [a major tour company] was not very helpful and certainly didn’t answer the phone.”
